Ok, yesterday I downloaded a text to speak program and I got a virus (Auctally AVG came up with like 8 diffrent trojans from it =/ thanks yahoo answers for the link! /sarcasm) anyway so I got rid of all of them through AVG anti-virus.The problem now is AVG keep detecting new ones and random websites keep popping up out of nowhere how do I get it to stop?I've also scanned for spyware (I have Ad-aware SE personnel.)
Help Viruses!?bmw
It seems that your AVG did not remove ALL the trojans. You likely have one (or more) trojan downloaders still on your machine. This trojan is "phoning home" to further infect your computer. This is the new detections and popups that you are seeing now.
I would avoid using a System Restore; if you choose the wrong restore point, you can easily end up restoring the trojans that you have already removed.

You could try this procedure which can remove all but the most stubborn trojans that your anti-virus can't.
1. Scan for trojans (free online scan, no download) with Ewido Online Scanner ( now known as AVG Anti-Spyware).
http://www.ewido.net/en/
This is NOT the same as AVG Anti-Virus. If Ewido finds something that it can't remove, enter safe-mode with networking, re-scan and attempt removal again.
To access Safe Mode, reboot then repeatedly press the F8 key at the first screen. When finished removing that pest, reboot again to return to normal mode.
