ok heres what happens every time i get on enternet explorrer it wants me 2 send an error report and that of course shuts the explorrer down so i can do any thing bassicaly my virus scans says i have i virus but i dont know how 2 get rid of em please help

do like what they say but one thing they forgot to say is write down the virus name as it appears on the virus thing THEN go to Safe mode search for it delete it and kill it completley out of your recycle bin all this is manually btw
if your scan detects the virus it cant resolve it?

run your antivirus in safe mode. push F8 on startup select safe mode and scan again. what is the name of the virus
Go into safemode by pressing F8 while your computer starts, go back into normal mode when the problems fixed
