The cervical cancer vaccine? It only prevents HPV the virus that causes cervical cancer. It doesn't protect against pregnancy, or any other STD's

The vaccine is to guard against the Human Papilloma Virus. I suggest you not try to have a baby anytime soon since obviously you have no clue about sexually transmitted diseases as well as pregnancy...hopefully you're not sexually active yet...
