Yes norton is good and i like spysweeper but since they slow me down i will first get a virus then get rid of it..lol

first u need a bitdefender antivirus..it have a free version on the net.just search the name in yahoo.second u must have registery mechanic.this u must buy or u can try search for it in the net just add torrent after it.and then u need a spyware and adware removal.....and u can also have ad adware se personal.it free.......just perfect to me..try it
Install ad ware personal + norton systemworks + sysgate firewall = nearly perfect.
Install anti virus protection, spyware scanner and firewall. Never open email attachments from unknown persons. If I use thumb drive at a public computer or net cafe, I'll make sure to update my pc protection before plugging it in my pc, then scan it.
Don't download or run application or files that is unknown to you. Especially from forwarded emails.
se an antivirus software, the best is to choose a complete suite, to protect from internet risks, spam, pop ups, viruses, hackers, intrusion,... I recommend : NORTON internet security 2007, or NORTON 360. these will give you peace of mind, dont forget also that they have auto live update, so install it and forget it.
Before using internet make use u have anti virus software installed in your PC. I prefer using Norton 2007 which will blocks all type of virus and worms.
