How do i delete viruses from a certain file online?

downloaded something, and these were the results of the virus scan online, using a VirusTotal scan:

how do i delete that virus? i don't know how. could i do it online?

I have PC tools antivirus, could i use that somehow?

Run an AV scan on your computer and you can use it to delete any viruses that it finds

If it's on your computer yes by all means run your anti virus asap but on line you can only report the site to the owner
To clean up your virus/spyware problems

Update your anti-virus

Update your anti-spyware software.

Restart your PC in safe mode

Disable any you do not use.

After you reboot back to normal mode, down load and install ccleaner to fix any registry problems.
