First of all: STOP using Internet Explorer(IE). Go for Firefox or Opera which r much more secure compared to IE. Don't Format the whole system, rather reinstall the IE if u wish to stick to it.

Believe in my answer. Get "Ad-Aware" from http://www.lavasoft.com/

Update the defnition files. Do a full-system scan and delete all detected items. Then, restart your system. Then restart your browser, reset your homepage and other settings. Your computer shouldnt trouble you a lot from now.

It must have become OK. If not, format your system as someone said already. Note: backup your important data in a CD or in some online server before formatting. Formatting will delete all data from the hard disk.

No way. Just forgot about wasting the time of removing. Format your system.
Try scan with ZoneAlarm anti-spyware (inside ZA Firewall)
