Viruses die immediately after coming out of living beings, then how one acquire HIV virus as it dies

When any Virus dont live outside the living organism and dies as soon as it comes out, how can it transmit itself from person to person through infected needles, blood transfusion and naked sex etc? Further differing blood group of persons would also make difficult to permit change over bodies(infect)?

The virus is contained in bodily fluids. As long as the fluid exists, the virus can.

Hi there !

All viruses dont die the moment they come out of the human body ! The most common vituses which cause Hepatitis B and the AIDS in humans die only when they get exposed to high temperatures like 100 degrees or even 120 degrees. Hope this answers one part of the question .

The other part of the question, where you have asked ,

"Further differing blood group of persons would also make difficult to permit change over bodies(infect)? ",

is NOT CLEAR at all !

best wishes !
Laura gave a nice soliloquy on HIV. Regrettably, much of it is too simple or wrong, and worse, it does not answer the question posed.
