Where can i go to download free music where i won't get any viruses?

I used to use BearShare, but now it doesn't work the same way. And i really don't want to use limewire b/c of all the viruses

if you use torrents you can get whole cds at once. right now i can get any cd i want in less than 5 minutes. :o)

torrents are a bit complicated though, so i would research how to use them online.

next you need to find a good torrent site to become a member of. i recommend http://libble.com/ for a beginner.

if you do join a torrent site, read the rules first, they explain about seeding (uploading), which is necessary to maintain membership. this may sound confusing now, but once you get used to it, it's really easy.

my favorite torrent site is oink.me.uk, however this site requires an invite from a member. you can get almost anything you want from here.

oh yeah, there aren't any viruses or junk in the torrent files. just music. as long as you download from a trustworthy source.
